Everlon Financials Appoints New Statutory Auditors

Everlon Financials Ltd announced the appointment of M/s. Panchal S K & Associates as its new Statutory Auditors, replacing M/s. B.L. Dasharda & Associates. This appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 16, 2026. The new auditors will serve for a term of three consecutive years. The Board also approved the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and the appointment of Mr. Sanjay Rasiklal Dholakia as an Additional Independent Director.
