Everlon Financials reconstitutes committees, appoints new director and auditor

Everlon Financials Ltd announced the re-constitution of its board committees following the appointment of Mr. Sanjay Rasiklal Dholakia as an Additional Independent Director. The board also approved the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. M/s. Panchal S K & Associates have been appointed as the new statutory auditors for a term of three years, replacing M/s. B.L. Dasharda & Associates. The 37th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 16, 2026, to be held via Video Conferencing. The register of members and share transfer books will be closed from September 10 to September 16, 2026.
