Excelsoft Technologies Ltd Appoints Mr. Doreswamy Palaniswamy as Chief Executive Officer

Excelsoft Technologies Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Doreswamy Palaniswamy as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company, effective from April 01, 2026. Mr. Palaniswamy is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and holds a Master’s Program in Management of Global Enterprises from IIM Bangalore. He brings over 25 years of diverse leadership experience across technology, services, and financial management. He has a strong track record of building scalable businesses, strengthening governance frameworks, and driving long-term value creation. He has held senior leadership roles in organizations such as ISS, Quess Corp, SMS, and KPIT, where he contributed to business growth, operational excellence, and strategic initiatives. As the Co-Founder of CredoPay Technology Services Private Limited, he led the development of a global payment orchestration platform. Mr. Palaniswamy has significant experience in working with Boards and investors. He is not debarred from holding the office of CEO by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority.
