Exhicon Events Approves Preferential Issue of Warrants Worth ₹23.95 Cr

Exhicon Events Media Solutions Ltd's Board of Directors has approved the preferential issue of 5,00,000 Equity Convertible Warrants to promoters at ₹479 per warrant, aggregating ₹23.95 crore. This issuance is subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals. The board also approved the appointment of M/s Bilimoria Mehta & Co. as Statutory Auditors to fill a casual vacancy and set the date for an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EOGM) to seek shareholder consent for these proposals. The EOGM notice and related documents have also been approved.
