Exhicon Events Board Approves Auditor Appointment, Annual Report

Exhicon Events Media Solutions Limited held a board meeting on August 25, 2026. The board approved the re-appointment of Mrs. Padma Mishra, who retires by rotation. M/s Bilimoria Mehta & Co. were appointed as Statutory Auditors for FY2030-31, subject to shareholder approval. The draft Annual Report for the financial year ending March 31, 2026, and the draft Notice for the 16th Annual General Meeting were also approved. Mr. Pratik Bangade was appointed as Scrutinizer for the e-voting and poll process at the AGM.
