Exhicon Subsidiary Acquires Bell 206 L4 Helicopter

Exhicon Events Media Solutions Ltd's subsidiary, United Helicharters Private Limited (UHPL), has entered into an Aircraft Sale and Purchase Agreement with Dhillon Aviation Private Limited to acquire one Bell 206 L4 helicopter. This acquisition will enhance UHPL's fleet and support its helicopter charter operations, including corporate and tourism flying, surveillance, and aerial work. The transaction is subject to regulatory formalities under DGCA requirements.
