Eyantra Ventures Ltd: NCLT Approves Scheme of Arrangement

This order allows the Scheme of Arrangement between Prismberry Technologies Private Limited (Wholly Owned Subsidiary/Transferor Company) and Eyantra Ventures Limited (Holding Company/Transferee Company).
