Eyantra Ventures: Promoter transfers 4.90% shares by gift

Eyantra Ventures Ltd. disclosed that promoter Vinita Raj Narayanam transferred 98,337 equity shares, representing 4.90% of the company's paid-up equity capital, to Naga Satya Manogana Narayanam. This off-market transaction, executed as a gift on September 21, 2026, triggers a reclassification. Naga Satya Manogana Narayanam, previously not part of the promoter group, will now be classified as a promoter, and her spouse, Mr. Rahul Rasa, will join the promoter group. The disclosure was made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. The total equity capital of the company remains 20,06,875 shares of ₹10 each.
