Siemens applies for promoter re-classification to public category

Siemens Ltd has filed applications with BSE and NSE seeking re-classification of Siemens Energy Holdco B.V. and Siemens Energy Holding B.V. from the 'Promoter' to the 'Public' category. This move, in accordance with Regulation 31A(8) of the Listing Regulations, indicates a change in the classification of these entities, which currently hold no equity shares in the company. The applications were filed today, following previous intimations on September 7 and September 18, 2026.
