Dhvija Finance Board Meeting on Nov 5 to Approve Un-audited Results

Dhvija Finance Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on November 5, 2026, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. The meeting will also address the resignation of Ms. Mahima Jain as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective October 19, 2026. The financial results will be prepared in accordance with revised schedule III of the Companies Act, 2013, and will be accompanied by a Limited Review Report from the Statutory Auditor and a certificate of correctness from the CFO.
