Dhvija Finance: Promoter releases 15.4 lakh shares from pledge

Pankaj Kumar, a member of the promoter group of Dhvija Finance Limited (formerly F Mec International Financial Services Limited), has disclosed the release of a pledge on 15,39,999 shares, representing 3.14% of the total share capital. The shares were released from a pledge in favour of M/s Grow Money Capital Private Limited. The pledge was originally created for personal borrowing and does not involve any transfer of ownership or control. This disclosure is made under Regulation 31(1) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. The release date of the pledge was September 24, 2026.
