Fabino Enterprises Appoints Three Additional Directors

Fabino Enterprises Limited announced the appointment of three new directors to its board following a meeting held on September 29, 2026. Mr. Samrat Vardhan Dutta has been appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Director, Mr. Sarthak Goyal as an Additional Executive Director in the Promoter category, and Mr. Rahul Mangla as an Additional Independent Director.
