Faze Three Allots 2.78 Lakh Shares Under ESOP Scheme

Faze Three Ltd announced the allotment of 2,78,840 equity shares of face value ₹10 each at a price of ₹10 per share to the Faze Three Employee Trust under the Faze Three Employee Stock Option Scheme 2024. This allotment took place on August 11, 2026. The shares will rank pari-passu with existing equity shares and will be transferred to eligible employees upon option exercise. The company also approved the appointment of Mr. Parameshwar Raman and Mr. Anwar Shaikh as Trustees of the Faze Three Employee Trust, effective August 11, 2026, and accepted the resignation of Ms. Shagufta Sadikot as Trustee from August 14, 2026.
