Federal Bank 95th AGM on Aug 21, 2026; ₹1.20 Dividend Proposed

Federal Bank Ltd has announced its 95th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Friday, August 21, 2026, at 11 AM IST via Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The bank is submitting its Integrated Annual Report for FY 2025-26 along with the AGM notice. A record date of Friday, August 14, 2026, has been fixed for determining eligibility for the proposed final dividend of ₹1.20 per equity share for FY 2025-26. E-voting will be open from August 18 to August 20, 2026. Key agenda items include adopting financial statements, approving the final dividend, and re-appointing the Managing Director & CEO, Mr. Krishnan Venkat Subramanian.
