Federal Bank Board Approves Unaudited Q1 FY27 Results

Federal Bank Limited announced that its Board of Directors has approved the Consolidated and Standalone Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The results were reviewed and recommended by the Audit Committee. The Board meeting, which resumed at 12:00 p.m. on July 17, 2026, approved the results at 01:10 p.m. The financial results, along with the Limited Review Report from the Joint Statutory Auditors, have been submitted.
