Fermenta Biotech Reports Record ₹548 Cr Revenue at 74th AGM

Fermenta Biotech Ltd presented its performance at its 74th Annual General Meeting, highlighting a year of "operating momentum, renewed strategic conviction, and capital commitment." The company reported a record consolidated revenue of ₹548 crore for FY26, a 14% increase from FY25's ₹481 crore. Core EBITDA, excluding real estate, surged 44% to ₹120 crore, with a Profit After Tax (PAT) of ₹70 crore. Key achievements include the grant of a plant-source Vitamin D3 process patent, EDQM CEP for D3 100 SD, and approval for ₹110 crore in new Dahej capacity. The company also noted ten consecutive quarters of positive results across its three operating businesses, emphasizing innovation, scale, and focus in its strategy.
