Fervent Synergies Ltd Appoints Three New Independent Directors

Fervent Synergies Ltd has appointed Mr. Ashwin Sanghvi, Ms. Mira Shah, and Mr. Rahul Parikh as Additional Directors designated as Non-Executive Independent Directors. The appointments are subject to the approval of members by way of Special Resolution. The new directors will take office from 1st April, 2026, for a period of five consecutive years. The company has confirmed that the new directors are not debarred from holding the office of Director by any order passed by SEBI or any other such authority. The board also approved the reconstitution of Audit Committee, Nomination & Remuneration Committee and Stakeholders' Relationship Committee upon appointment of new Board members.
