Fervent Synergies Ltd Appoints Three New Independent Directors

Fervent Synergies Ltd has announced the appointment of three new independent directors, namely Mr. Ashwin Sanghvi, Ms. Mira Shah, and Mr. Rahul Parikh. The appointments are subject to the approval of members by way of Special Resolution. The new directors will be appointed for a period of five consecutive years, effective from 1st April 2026. The board also approved the reconstitution of Audit Committee, Nomination & Remuneration Committee and Stakeholders' Relationship Committee upon appointment of new Board members. A postal ballot will be conducted to seek approval of the shareholders for the appointment of the new directors.
