FGP Board to meet Apr 29 to approve Q4/FY26 Audited Results

FGP Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene a meeting on Wednesday, April 29, 2026. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for both the quarter and the full financial year ended March 31, 2026. Additionally, the Board will take on record the corresponding Audited Report. In compliance with SEBI regulations, the trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives, which closed on April 1, 2026, will remain shut until 48 hours after the declaration of these results. It is expected to re-open on Saturday, May 2, 2026.
