Fractal Industries Ltd Incorporates Wholly Owned Subsidiary for CSR Activities

Fractal Industries Ltd has announced the incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary, Bishwanath Kashinath Foundation, to carry out corporate social responsibility (CSR) and charitable activities. The decision was made at the board meeting held on March 10, 2026. The proposed subsidiary will have an authorized capital of Rs. 1,00,000/- (10000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each). The company has also approved the appointment of M/s Parth Nair and Associates as Secretarial Auditor and M/s N S Rathi & Associates as Internal Auditor for the financial year 2025-26.
