Trading Window Closure Announced by Filtra Consultants and Engineers Ltd for Q4 and FY 2025-2026

Filtra Consultants and Engineers Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026. The closure is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Code of Conduct for Regulating & Reporting of Trading by Insiders and for Fair Disclosure of the Company. The trading window for dealing in securities of the Company by the Directors, Officers, Designated Persons, Insiders, and their dependants and family members will be closed from Wednesday, April 01, 2026 till the end of 48 hours after the financial results of the Company for the half year and year ended March 31, 2026 become generally available.
