Filtron Engineers Ltd has announced the successful completion of its open offer, leading to a change in control and promoter reclassification. Following the open offer, the acquirer(s) have taken management control. The erstwhile promoters, including Sadanand Ganpati Hegde and related entities, have had their shares transferred to the acquirer(s). Consequently, these entities have been reclassified from 'Promoter and Promoter Group' to the 'Public' category, effective June 02, 2026. The acquirer(s) are now officially categorized as the Company's Promoter. Filtron Engineers confirms all regulatory compliances for this reclassification have been met.
