Finolex Cables FY26 PAT ₹700.77 Cr; Recommends ₹9 Dividend

Finolex Cables Limited's Board of Directors, at its meeting on May 28, 2026, approved the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. For FY26, the company reported a consolidated Net Profit After Tax of ₹700.77 Crore. The Board also recommended a final dividend of 450% (₹9 per equity share of ₹2/- each) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, Mr. Mahesh Viswanathan was elevated to Chief Executive Officer, and Mr. Sachin Naik was appointed as Chief Financial Officer, both effective June 1, 2026.
