First Fintec Board Meeting on Aug 29 to Appoint New Auditors

First Fintec Ltd has announced a Board of Directors meeting scheduled for August 29, 2026. The primary agenda items include the appointment of M/s P C Surana & Co as the new Statutory Auditors, replacing M/s JMT & Associates. The appointment is to fill a casual vacancy and will be effective until the conclusion of the AGM for the financial year 2030-31. The meeting will also address the appointment of a scrutinizer for e-voting and fixing the book closure date for the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Other incidental business may also be discussed.
