First Fintec Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on October 27, 2026, to consider and approve the standalone un-audited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. A limited review report will also be presented. Concurrently, the company has closed its trading window for designated persons from October 1st, 2026, until 48 hours after the financial results are declared, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
