First Fintec Ltd. has informed BSE that a Board Meeting is scheduled on 29th August 2025. The meeting will consider and approve various matters such as fixing the date, time, and venue of the Annual General Meeting, appointing a scrutinizer for conducting e-voting/ballot process/poll, re-appointing/continuing the current statutory auditors for the years 2025-26 and 2026-27, and fixing the date of book closure for the Annual General Meeting. Any other business with the permission of the chair will also be discussed.
