Flair Writing Industries Appoints Price Waterhouse as Statutory Auditors

Flair Writing Industries Ltd has appointed M/s. Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants LLP as its statutory auditors for a term of five consecutive years. The shareholders approved this appointment at the 10th Annual General Meeting held on August 27, 2026. The tenure will commence from April 01, 2026, and conclude on March 31, 2031.
