Flair Writing Industries: Final Dividend of 10% Recommended

Flair Writing Industries Ltd's Board of Directors approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. They recommended a final dividend of 10%, i.e., ₹0.50 per equity share of ₹5 each, subject to shareholder approval.
