Flair Writing Industries schedules 10th AGM for Aug 27, approves dividend record date

Flair Writing Industries Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 3, 2026, has approved the schedule for the 10th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday, August 27, 2026. The AGM will be conducted virtually. The Board also approved the Board's Report for FY 2025-26, the notice for the AGM, and fixed August 19, 2026, as the cut-off date for e-voting eligibility. Additionally, the company fixed August 19, 2026, as the record date for a final dividend of ₹0.50 per equity share for FY 2025-26. Mr. Randall Miranda was appointed as Head of Human Resources.
