
Flair Writing Industries Subsidiary Orders Fourth Stainless Steel Bottle Production Line
Flair Writing Industries Limited's subsidiary, Flair Cyrosil Industries Private Limited (FCIPL), has ordered a fourth manufacturing line for stainless steel bottles. This expansion is expected to increase manufacturing capacity by approximately 35% and is slated for commissioning by Q4FY27. The new line will incorporate automation, enhanced quality control, and improved efficiency to meet rising domestic and international demand. This move aligns with Flair's strategy to strengthen its presence in the houseware and steel bottle segments, which, along with the Creative Division, contributed about 31% of total revenue in FY26 and is projected to contribute 35%-38% in FY27. The company reported FY26 revenue of INR 12,501 million, EBITDA of INR 2,245 million, and PAT of INR 1,413 million.
