Flexituff Ventures Appoints Three New Directors

Flexituff Ventures International Ltd has announced a significant change in its management structure with the appointment of three new directors to its Board. Mrs. Surabhi Singh Rathod and Mr. Siddharth Shankar Mahajan have been appointed as Additional Non-Executive Independent Directors, while Mrs. Gudiya Yadav joins as an Additional Non-Executive Non-Independent Woman Director. These appointments are effective from October 1, 2026, and are subject to shareholder approval. Mrs. Rathod and Mr. Mahajan have been appointed for a term of five years, concluding on September 30, 2031. Mrs. Yadav's term is for two years, ending on September 30, 2028.
