Flexituff Ventures International Limited has announced the voting results of its 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM), held on September 30, 2026, via Video Conferencing. The AGM resolutions, including the adoption of audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, and the re-appointment of a director retiring by rotation, were passed.
