Flexituff Ventures International Ltd has informed BSE that its Board Meeting, originally scheduled for August 14, 2026, to approve Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, has been adjourned. The adjournment is due to a lack of quorum at the Audit Committee meeting. The Audit Committee meeting and consequently the Board Meeting have been rescheduled to August 21, 2026. The trading window remains closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results.
