Flexituff Ventures Appoints Two Non-Executive Independent Directors

Flexituff Ventures International Ltd has announced the appointment of Mrs. Surabhi Kumar Rathod and Mr. Siddharth Mahajan as Additional Non-Executive Independent Directors. The appointments are subject to shareholder approval and are effective from August 12, 2026. Mrs. Rathod, a qualified Company Secretary, will bring expertise in corporate compliance and governance. Mr. Mahajan, a Chartered Accountant, will contribute his experience in accounting, taxation, and financial compliance. Both directors have a term of 12 months and are not related to any existing directors, nor are they debarred from holding directorships by any regulatory authority.
