Fone4 Communications (India) Limited has announced its 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Monday, August 31, 2026, at 04:00 P.M. (IST) via Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The meeting will transact business as detailed in the AGM Notice. The Annual Report for FY 2025-26, including the AGM Notice, Audited Financial Results, Auditor's Reports, and Director's Report, has been sent via email to shareholders. Remote e-voting facility, managed by CDSL, will be available from August 28, 2026, 9:00 A.M. to August 30, 2026, 5:00 P.M. The cut-off date for e-voting eligibility is August 24, 2026.
