Fone4 Communications Board Meeting on Nov 6 to Approve H1 FY27 Results

Fone4 Communications (India) Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on November 6, 2026, to consider and approve the standalone un-audited financial results for the half-year ended September 30, 2026. The meeting will also address any other business with the Chair's permission. Concurrently, the trading window for company insiders, including directors and designated employees, remains closed from October 1, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
