Trading Window Closure Announced by Fone4 Communications for Q4 and FY 2025-2026

Fone4 Communications (India) Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for designated and connected persons, as defined in the Code of Conducts, for the quarter and financial year ending 31st March, 2026. The closure will commence from 1st April, 2026 and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results for the half year and financial year ended 31st March, 2026. The date of the board meeting for the consideration and declaration of the audited financial results has not been announced yet.
