Forbes Precision Tools Board to meet May 7 for FY26 results

Forbes Precision Tools and Machine Parts Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene a meeting on Thursday, May 7, 2026. The main purpose of this meeting is to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026. The Board will also review the accompanying report from the Statutory Auditors of the Company. In accordance with SEBI regulations, the trading window for the company's securities, which was previously closed on March 25, 2026, will remain shut until 48 hours after the financial results are publicly disclosed.
