Force Motors FY26 Net Profit ₹1,21,126 Lakh, Recommends ₹50 Dividend

Force Motors' Board approved Q4 and FY26 audited financial results. For the financial year ended March 31, 2026, the company reported a standalone net profit of ₹1,21,126 lakhs and revenue from operations of ₹9,05,654 lakhs. For Q4 FY26, standalone net profit was ₹27,367 lakhs and revenue from operations was ₹2,54,972 lakhs. The Board recommended a dividend of ₹50 per equity share (500%) for FY 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval. The statutory auditors issued an unmodified opinion on the financial results. Exceptional items for FY26 included ₹28,863 lakhs from government incentives and ₹7,739 lakhs for employee benefit liability due to new labour codes. The company also shifted to a new tax regime.
