Fortis Healthcare Fixes Record Date for ₹1 Final Dividend

Fortis Healthcare Ltd has announced the fixation of the record date as Friday, July 24, 2026, for the payment of a final dividend of ₹1 per equity share for the financial year 2025-26. This dividend is subject to member approval at the 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for Tuesday, August 11, 2026. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from Saturday, July 25, 2026, to Tuesday, August 11, 2026, inclusive, for dividend payment and the AGM. The dividend will be paid within 30 days of the AGM, after deducting applicable taxes.
