Fortis Healthcare has released its Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report (BRSR) for FY 2025-2026. The report highlights a significant improvement in their ESG rating, increasing from 58 in FY 2023-24 to 68 in FY 2024-25, with notable acceleration in the Environmental domain. Key achievements include a 3.68% reduction in per-occupied-bed energy consumption, an 8.7% year-on-year decrease in per-occupied-bed carbon emissions, and the recycling of 2.75 lakh kiloliters of water. The company also diverted over 104 metric tons of plastic waste by transitioning to compostable bags.
