Fortis Healthcare Promoter Loses Tokyo Court Litigation

Fortis Healthcare's promoter shareholder, Northern TK Venture Pte Ltd (NTK), has lost its material litigation against Daiichi Sankyo Company, Limited before the Tokyo District Court in Japan. The court dismissed all of NTK's claims and ordered NTK to bear the litigation costs. This development follows numerous previous announcements regarding the ongoing legal proceedings.
