Madhu Agarwalla Transfers Shares to Devendra Kumar Agarwalla via Gift in Foundry Fuel Products Ltd

According to a disclosure made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, Madhu Agarwalla, a promoter of Foundry Fuel Products Ltd, has transferred 56,992 shares to Mr. Devendra Kumar Agarwalla through a gift on 30th March, 2026. The total equity share capital and total voting capital of the company remains unchanged at 8,018,750 shares each, before and after the transfer. The transfer does not affect the company's diluted share or voting capital, which also remains constant at 8,018,750.
