Fractal Analytics announces senior management changes & new operating model
Fractal Analytics is updating its operating model to align with the evolving enterprise AI market, focusing on three integrated expertise pillars: AI-led Transformation, AI Foundations, and AI Work & Workforce. This reorganisation aims to strengthen market alignment, improve execution, and scale solutions. Concurrently, the company announced several senior management changes effective April 30, 2026. Mr. Kunal Jain is appointed Head AI Workforce Transformation, Mr. Suraj Amonkar as Chief AI Research Officer, and Mr. Matthew Gennone takes on the additional role of Chief Commercial Officer & CEO Cogentiq. Ms. Raja Rajeswari Aradhyula's role is revised to Chief Advisor (AIW), ceasing to be part of Senior Management. Additionally, Mr. Shailendra Pratap Singh, Chief Growth Officer, resigned for personal reasons, effective May 1, 2026. The transition will be phased, with no material one-time financial impact expected.
