Fractal Analytics Appoints Shilpa Kedia as New CFO

Fractal Analytics Limited announced the appointment of Ms. Shilpa Kedia as Chief Financial Officer and Group Chief Financial Officer, effective October 19, 2026. The board approved the appointment based on recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee & Audit Committee. Ms. Kedia joins from Johnson & Johnson, where she was CFO for its India Medical Devices & Technology business. She brings over two decades of financial leadership experience from multinational organizations including Hindustan Unilever Limited and Nokia India. Her expertise spans investor relations, group finance control, M&A, treasury, and controllership.
