Fractal Analytics subsidiary acquires Pricing One SA assets for CHF 1.3M

Fractal Analytics Inc.'s step-down subsidiary, Asper. AI Inc., has acquired certain assets and liabilities of Swiss-based Pricing One SA for approximately CHF 13,19,308.76 (INR 15.21 crore). The acquisition includes intellectual property and know-how related to Pricing One's proprietary software platform, P1 Solution. This strategic move aims to acquire talent and capabilities in Revenue Growth Management and expand Asper's European presence. The transaction, which closed on November 2, 2026, involved acquiring assets worth CHF 322,001 (INR 3.71 crore) and assuming liabilities of CHF 997,307.76 (INR 11.5 crore), with final amounts subject to foreign exchange adjustments. The deal did not involve the acquisition of any shares or equity in Pricing One SA.
