Puretrop Fruits Director Resigns Due to Medical Condition

Puretrop Fruits Ltd announced the resignation of Mr. Ashok Chandumal Murajani as an Independent Director, effective June 18, 2026. The resignation is attributed to an underlying medical condition. Mr. Murajani will also cease to be the Chairman of the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders Relationship Committee, and a member of the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee.
