Puretrop Fruits Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window for FY 2025-2026

Puretrop Fruits Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for the year ending March 31, 2026, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's code on prohibition of insider trading. The trading window will be closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from April 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. Directors, KMPs, designated persons, connected persons, and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the company's securities either directly or indirectly during this period. The date of the board meeting to consider and approve the audited financial results will be intimated separately.
