Frontier Capital: Open Offer Draft Letter Filed for 26% Stake

Srujan Alpha Capital Advisors LLP, acting as the Manager to the Offer, has submitted a Draft Letter of Offer to BSE for the public shareholders of Frontier Capital Ltd. Mr. Prafful Agarwal and Mrs. Anupam Gupta are proposing to acquire up to 43,58,163 shares, representing 26.00% of the total voting share capital, at a price of ₹10.20 per share. This open offer is being made pursuant to SEBI (SAST) Regulations. The offer is not conditional on minimum acceptance and there are no competing offers currently. A prior approval from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) is required.
