Comrade Appliances: Open Offer for 26% Stake at ₹35/Share

Corporate Professionals Capital Pvt Ltd, acting as the Manager to the Offer, has submitted a Draft Letter of Offer to the public shareholders of Comrade Appliances Ltd. The offer is made by Omnia Appliances Private Limited, Graphic Promoters and Developers Private Limited, Amaira Estate Advisors LLP, and MLJ Aeternum LLP (collectively, the Acquirers). They intend to acquire up to 26,46,487 equity shares, representing 26.00% of the expanded share capital, at a price of ₹35 per share.
